I’ve been seeing Terese for a few years now and her work is exceptional. She understands the body holistically and is always able to pinpoint areas that need work. She’s a combo of skilled and intuitive. Each time a leave an appointment I feel not only relaxed but healed.
I was referred to Terese while in the process of training for an 8-hour endurance mountain bike race and I really needed some body work to alleviate soreness in my shoulders, spine and tightness in my hips.
