Teresa is amazing. I've been doing everything I can to take care of an ant infestation and now a mechanical issue with my hot tub and getting no where. She got back to me right away and she spent a lot of time and back and forth answering my questions, trying to troubleshoot, provided resources and information, and understanding. Other great comments are saying the same kind of good words, AND saying how great her work is. If you have a spa or pool, this is the person to take care of our investment!
Teresa is amazing! She’s incredibly communicative and always flexible with scheduling. On several occasions she’s even skipped charging me for a cleaning before deciding a drain and clean was necessary, simply because she wants to maintain the highest quality of service and fairness. After nearly four years as a customer, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hot tub care!
My husband and I feel relieved to finally have someone that knows pools. Teresa is a one woman show so you can trust you are are getting great service. From our experience, you never know who you are going to get with the bigger companies and new hires have really messed up our pool in the past. She does not do any servicing of equipment but will help guide you if she sees something that needs repair. She is great!!
Teresa did a wonderful job of brushing our new pool twice daily for 15 days followed by daily for the next 15 days. She is very diligent, thorough and independent in her work. She knows every aspect of the pool functions and takes care of everything! We are continuing her services knowing that our pool is in best hands!
I have a little Airbnb with a hot tub, and I initially reached out to Teresa because of her reviews—not just her 5 stars, but what people said about her knowledge and quality of service.
