I had a pleasant experience at Teresa's Nails. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was done with care and attention to detail. Absolutely terrible customer service. The staff was rude and unwelcoming, and they clearly do not know how to properly shape nails. When I tried to explain my concerns, one of the ladies started raising her voice at me instead of listening or trying to fix the issue. I was very disappointed with my experience and felt completely disrespected. The service was not worth the money, and I definitely will not be coming back. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.
