Absolutely terrible customer service. The staff was rude and unwelcoming, and they clearly do not know how to properly shape nails. When I tried to explain my concerns, one of the ladies started raising her voice at me instead of listening or trying to fix the issue. I was very disappointed with my experience and felt completely disrespected. The service was not worth the money, and I definitely will not be coming back. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.
I have been going here for many years. The exceptional customer service, clean environment and nail work are unmatched. Highly recommended.
Walk-in, got a mani/pedi immediately with Kathy and Nancy - they were gentle and kind, and made sure at each step that I was still happy with the result.
Been trying to patronize this business bc I live close but I am completely done after today. (Mind you im writing this from the shop after my most recent experience.)
