We used Teresas catering service for our wedding on June 18 2005. BOY,did we pick the best catering service in Alabama. The cake came out just as I had imagined and wanted it to look, and the taste was phenominal, it looked like a wedding cake on the outside but the layers were different kinds of cakes on the inside; consisting of white choclate with raspberry filling on the bottom, choclate in the middle and expresso on the 3 layer.
