I was with Dr. ShermanGach for 10plus years. I missed or late cancelled a hand full of appointments over the years, but have always paid the fee, apologized, etc. I have no missed or rescheduled an appointment in probably the last 3 years, since COVID. Anyway, I missed an appointment without realizing, called to reschedule and three days later got a letter that I had 30 days to find a new PCP. I have been with Dr Sherman for 14 years. I am very happy with her. She always has time to listen to my concerns and acts on them. Staff is always friendly and on top of things.
I love Dr Sherman. She is a very caring individual and takes excellent care of myself and my wife.
Absolutely love her ! Office staff is wonderful, easy to get a appointment and follow up on preventative care outstanding.
She used to care about her patients Now I feel like a number I had blood work done and they let me leave town and called me telling me I have cancer Now after 3 years nothing I ask what I can do to be relived of pain if there is anything different and I feel like I'm not being listened to anymore I'm very disappointed from the way she was until now
After establishing practice began treating patients without compassion. Treated me for 4 years, never missed an appointment in that time. Missed one appointment and she discontinued my care. She diagnosed me with 2 terminal illnesses accompanied by 20plus medical issues. Just abandoned my care and sent me off to find a new doctor to pick up the pieces. I am terminally ill and cannot just pick up the pieces. My life is in ruins. Thank you Dr Sherman and incompetant staff.
