Teresa is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with, hands down. She is punctual, hard-working, goes above and beyond, and is always super friendly! She makes you want to buy or sell a house every day. My husband and I recently bought a home when relocating back to Grand Junction, and we knew exactly who to call - she made the process so smooth and fun for us! We are loving our new home and could not recommend Teresa more - she's the best!!!

Teresa went above and beyond when we purchased our home. When the sellers agent didn’t do some of the items that were part of the closing agreement, she made it right by having the walls painted to make sure we were happy with our new home! She worked really hard for us and we would pick her again and again!

It's not always easy working with another RE Broker on a transaction. I was the selling broker and Teresa was the listing broker. It was a pleasure to work with her. She was very attentive to the needs of my Buyer's. I would love to do another transaction with her as the RE Broker
