This place is horrible. The doctors and medical staff are friendly but Dave in the billing and “Human resources was completely condescending and disgusting. During a pandemic (and being out of work) I am terminated and called a “bad patient” due to not being able to pay my bill in full which is less than 700 dollars which I maybe only owed for about 6 months. When I called back after he hung up on me I asked to talk to Human Resources again Dave answered as if he was someone else and continued to mock me over the phone for b... read more
I absolutely loved Teresa Novak as my primary! She always made me feel heard and helped me get through so many medical problems throughout the years. This facility is not. The doctors and medical staff are friendly but the billing and “Human resources” is a complete disaster.
