Dr. Merced is a great doctor and I never had any issues with her! However, they recently changed the way their phone line is set up so that you never reach a human, you can only leave a message “to be returned the next business day”. I’ve probably called seven or eight times over a few weeks and have yet to receive a call back. So, if you’re able to schedule an appointment to see Dr. Merced- I would recommend!
