I agree with what other reviewers have posted. Doctor is extremely unprofessional, did not complete the bare minimum of a yearly physical, let alone basic screening questions (e.g. mental health, safety, medications etc..) clearly did not read my chart. Complete waste of my time and insurance dollars. I have never had a doctor ignore me as much as he did. Spent more time talking about himself than my health and concerns.
When I was in rehab, they were my OB/GYN doctors on top of messing up my implant in my arm that I recently got removed. He also messed up my son’s circumcision that recently had to be redone would not recommend to anyone.
Easily one of the worst most unprofessional establishments I’ve been to. Extremely rude over the phone. Constantly being put on hold, talking over me and scoffing while I try to explain what I’m looking for. The absolute worst receptionist I have ever encountered. If for some reason your physician is at this establishment either find out if they have another establishment you could go to or switch providers because it’s not worth the headache. I don’t write reviews often but their service is so horrible that I needed to.
It's okay the staff is polite
Since my son was born, I have always taken him there. The doctor is excellent, but the receptionist Ana always answers you in a rude and terrible way. They don't know how to deal with people, it's terrible. They need training. She has been working for the clinic for years. It's a shame that because of one person, the clinic has a bad reputation.
