Love her, She is a wonderful Doctor, and highly recommend her to anyone. My kids enjoy there visits with this sweet lady ??
I have been coming to this location since it was Hendersonville Pediatrics. (Over 20 years with four kids) The last 5 years have gone down hill with this office. Trying to get a medication that two of my kids are on everyday refilled takes an act of Congress. When Dr Herbert first took over the practice, she would actually talk and take her time. Now she spends 11 minutes in the room and charges me $294 and spends 5 of those minutes talking about your other child that is not there-sick.
Dr. Herbert is incredibly intelligent. She is quick to figure out the problem and wastes no time. She is very kind and a good listener as well. I feel safe, satisfied, and comfortable with her being my son's pediatrician.
