Horrible experience. Will never go back! Rude, didn't introduce herself and very bad bedside manor, especially with kids....do not take your children to her. She was very nasty to my son!
Doctor Ferguson was nice and friendly. However, getting a hold of her office staff is extremely hard. 9.5 out of 10 times that we called the office (to schedule appt or ask questions), nobody picked up the phone. We left messages and prayed to get a call back. Sometimes it happened in an hour; others half a day later; sometimes, none. The office didn't seem to be super busy, so I don't know why they didn't pick up the phone. Also, the website do not have office hour info, not convenient.
Waited quite awhile to be seen then was rushed through our appointment. She wasn't friendly at all and really doesn't seem to enjoy her job. Not kid friendly at all considering she is a pediatric doctor. Also had some billing qiestions after receiving EOB and couldn't get office to return my phone call.
We didn't have to wait long but we felt rushed the whole time. Dr Ferguson didn't introduce herself, I assume we were supposed to just know who she was? She wasn't rude but acted very aloof and most questions were referred to the nurse. We were supposed to have a wheelchair called in for ease of mobility. I had to call the office 3 times and go there in person to demand an answer as to why the order hadn't been sent yet. No one mentioned that they close early on weekdays. AWFUL EXPERIENCE
