I want to express my gratitude to Teresa Karsney for her time and patience with me. I don't think many real estate agents would have stuck with me. Teresa was extremely helpful and went beyond her duties as a Realtor. My family was returning from Mexico after an expat contract and Teresa was more than willing to help answer any of our questions. Teresa was a great realtor to work with!! She was patient & understanding of my concerns while working with my daughter to buy her very first home. She even recommended a great mortgage lender so that my daughter would know what houses would be in her budget for her to look at. Highly recommend Teresa to work with!!

Teresa Goes Above & Beyond. Teresa is thoughtful, courteous, and a straight talker. She goes above & beyond for her clients. Here are some examples. Work had to be completed on the home in order to secure a mortgage: 1) She brought her tractor over to help move rocks before work could begin and 2) She sat at the house while the work was being completed.

Teresa is very knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to offer my son her expertise in dealing with the value of his home and potentially selling of it. Teresa has traveled hundreds of miles to help him. For that I am grateful. Teresa is always professional. We would not hesitate to to work with her again.Thank you so much Teresa.
