Teresa Goes Above & Beyond. Teresa is thoughtful, courteous, and a straight talker. She goes above & beyond for her clients. Here are some examples. Work had to be completed on the home in order to secure a mortgage: 1) She brought her tractor over to help move rocks before work could begin and 2) She sat at the house while the work was being completed.
I want to express my gratitude to Teresa Karsney for her time and patience with me. I don't think many real estate agents would have stuck with me. Teresa went over and above our expectations. My sister was down right rotten to her in so many ways. Teresa held her composure and was very accommodating. I appreciate everything she did. Knowledgeable/Helpful/Available . Working withTeresa was wonderful! She was able to work around our schedule for viewing times to ensure we were able to see houses quickly in a hot market. Her knowledge on the home buying process helped to moving the closing process along quickly and ease any worries we had. I highly recommend Teresa!
Teresa was a great realtor to work with!! She was patient & understanding of my concerns while working with my daughter to buy her very first home.
