You won't go wrong with Dr. Lui! I've been her patient for more years than either of us will admit.
You won't go wrong with Dr. Lui! I've been her patient for more years than either of us will admit. Appointments are easy to make. She keeps her patients abreast of new developments. Service and staff are second to none. Parking is convenient and free in the City Hall lot across the street. Although I moved out of Palo Alto ten years ago, I've never even considered finding a closer optometrist. In an era of $3/gal. regular, that alone should tell you something!
Supportive and professional Dr. Lui is very thorough and recommends only what you need. She has been great in explaining aging eyes and made me feel good about getting reading glasses. She has also been wonderful with my son and has never over-recommended treatments or check-ups. She has certainly gained my trust.
Friendly Optometrist Dr Lui has provided my eye care pre- and post-LASIK surgery, and I've been happy with her friendly service and manner, She has performed my annual check-ups, and has provided me with good advice about what I was experiencing as my reading vision has started to get worse. I trust her advice and will continue to use her for my eye care.
