Kimberly Lafleur with Teresa Hamilton group is wonderful! She helped sell our home in August of 2017. We have not decided if we are going to build a home or buy a home and she has been my go-to person on every home that I have viewed and she will continue to be until we find a home or build. She is friendly, easy to contact, continues to check in with me, and is very knowledgeable even when the home is not one that she has listed. I couldn't ask for better!
When we decided to downsize three years ago I knew Teresa would be the one to get us through it! Something that seem so overwhelming was made easier by her guidance. She and her team are the best! Joel was great help when we were purchasing our new home. Eliana was great for our daughters sale/purchase of homes. They are very professional and know what to do to get it done! As for Teresa. I highly recommend Teresa and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. We worked with Teresa 5 years ago to sell our home in Broussard. We took all of her advise and our home had a pending offer within 24 hours of listing. We closed 15 days later. On our return back home, Kim LaFleur listened to our wants, needs & desires and we made an offer on a home in Youngsville after looking for only 2 days.
