Brittany Bentley was a tremendous help throughout. From the initial information gathering, to the offer and negotiations, and through the closing. I had many questions, particularly since I was buying the property remotely. She was very understanding and very diligent in tracing down the answers to my many questions, conveying my requests to the HOA, and to the closing attorney, etc. Very courteous and professional throughout!
