I brought my daughter in to see Dr. Jansen. Scheduling was quick! The office staff was friendly. The tech who pulled us back didn't seem to have much experience with children. Other than that the visit was great. Dr. Jansen really made the visit amazing. He is so kind and caring. He has the best bedside manor.

Dr. Jensen is the best! He’s been my optometrist over 10 years, and although I’ve moved to a different end of town...26 miles away, I keep going to him. He is kind and makes you feel welcome. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and always tries to work with your schedule. Penny is at the front desk and has excellent customer service skills. She’s great too. I highly recommend this office.
Friendly staff. Dr. Jansen is patient, takes the time to talk to me about my conditions. Also he does not push me into something I don't need. Passionate about his work. Good heart doctor.
I had an emergency where my last contact was defective and a co-worker recommended him as he was close to the office. They were able to fit me in the same day, were all very polite and courteous and the Dr Jansen himself was wonderful. Fit me for new contacts and gave me my new prescription and sent me on my way. I will be switching my eye dr to them for sure.
