I had a frustrating experience with the secretary when I called. She was extremely rude and outright refused to pass my message to the doctor. To make matters worse, the doctor does not return calls or address any questions I had, and it felt like my concerns were completely ignored. Ultimately, I had to seek help outside the area to find the assistance I needed.
Very professional and thorough. One of the best Doctors I’ve seen.
I have to say that Dr Terrence Chan is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. He's brilliant, clear thinking, and has great manners. I would definitely recommend him!!!!
He needs a new secretary who cares. I brought my husband in and she Roy oh d not let him see doctor. She said in waiting room with other patient in waiting room and told him his heart rate was due to Parkinson’s and my husband does not even it. She told him to go home rest and she refused us to see dr. I took my husband a hour later to hospital and 2 weeks in there he comes home with a pace maker She should not be talking to patient if she does not know what is going on
