I've been a client for almost 20 years now. Dr. Terence Pegel is amazing, friendly, and professional. However, the front office is quite the opposite. The lady who manages the front is always hostile, never friendly. They don't even regard your availabilities for appointments. Also, they charge random fees out of nowhere for procedures that should have been mostly covered by insurance. I have been with Dr Pegel for about 25 years, I don’t believe I had any cavities or major issues, some old fillings renewed and some teeth filings, other than those just basic cleaning every 10 months. And everything was done professionally and respectful.

Had some previous experiences at other dentists that had honestly scared me from going for a while. Sue/Susan couldn’t have been sweeter, constantly explaining things to me and checking on me. I had such a wonderful experience. 10/10 truly.

I’ve been a patient here for over 20 years, but the scheduling experience has become incredibly frustrating. New patients seem to get appointments right away, while long-time patients like myself are met with attitude and pushed out 8 months for a routine cleaning. That’s unacceptable. This isn’t specialized care—we’re talking about dental hygienists, not rocket scientists. I had a routine dental cleaning scheduled today at 2 and missed my appointment. I have had the flu all week, and I forgot the appointment was today until they called me when it was set to be scheduled. I called them back and had an incredibly disrespectful interaction with their receptionist Susan. I explained why I had missed the appointment and apologized over the phone, and she insisted that I had slept through the appointment.
