Tera helped my daughter and i find the perfect house in East Austin! Everything about Tera is exceptional: her knowledge of the neighborhoods, savvy about home values and potential issues, always available before, during and after the sale. We had a quirky issue with payments at closing and Tera worked with us to find a creative solution. She is super connected in Austin and has helped us a lot to bring the house up to snuff post closing. I honestly can’t give her a high enough rating! Thanks Tera!

Tera was referred to us and has been amazing to work with. From helping us narrow down neighborhoods when moving from out of state, with extreme knowledge of distinct neighborhoods and good fits for young families, to connecting us with her contractor and taking us to pick out tiles and flooring for some home updates, she has been great throughout the home searching and buying process.
