Tera was referred to us and has been amazing to work with. From helping us narrow down neighborhoods when moving from out of state, with extreme knowledge of distinct neighborhoods and good fits for young families, to connecting us with her contractor and taking us to pick out tiles and flooring for some home updates, she has been great throughout the home searching and buying process.
Tera is an incredible realtor. Her knowledge, patience, communication, and willingness to truly go above and beyond blew us away throughout the process. At the start of the process I didn't know how invaluable her assistance would be, but we'd have been completely lost and directionless without her.
