Have an Ayer 2 Aluminized canopy tent on a 2014 Xterra Pro 4X with an awning. Awesome setup.
Couple parts including the tent was Damaged during shipping. I was able to fix the majority of myself so all was not lost. Beside the shipping damage to the tent it seems pretty nice can’t wait to try it out. They were having problems with a new web site that caused them a few headaches with inventory and what not hopefully they got it all fixed.
Can’t wait hopefully on the third we will get to sleep in ours���
This whole web site and roof top tent gimmick is a sham and it's Fraud. In every photo there is no picture that actually shows the functionality and use of the product. THE photos and names have all been manipulated to identify it's intended sole purpose . As a structural engineer. Not only is it not possible for a center supporting structural point to carry opposte cantalivered changing live loads. Per your pictures. I bought the ruggedized kukenam 3 person roof top tent and it is absolutely the best roof top tent in its category. Right out of the box I could immediately tell the attention to detail and thought that Tepui placed in developing this tent. It came with a ratcheting wrench for goodness sake! The day it came in, my wife and I took it out in 14 degree mountain weather and it held up to the test. Zero condensation (which was crazy), super comfortable, very roomy, and extremely stable! Great purchase! Excellent job Tepui!
