I have had the tent for a couple weeks and it has got wet under its travel cover every time its rained. Ive called customer service and I have only got to leave a message without a call back. Also I have emailed them only to get what seems to be the the start of a "run around". So tepui you want to know where you can improve well first would be customer service. Cause poor workmanship is poor workmanship send the customer one that works.

Picked up my new hardtop tent and am loving it!
Just pickup tent from REI.. love it.. wait for my next trip out..
My tent showed up and I was in hurry. Didn’t see a small spot a forklift had punch it’s fork through into the base of the tent. Unfortunately I signed for it. I called Tepui just to see what could be done. The small spot doesn’t affect the tent. I love it. Used it last weekend and worked great. After talking with Tepui and confirming what I thought there wasn’t much could be done to hold the shipping company accountable since I signed for it.
