Every one is so so awesome and amazing with their work. I never had a bad experience here. The place is very clean also.
This place is wonderful staff is helpful and friendly. The nurses are kind and make you feel comfortable. The doctor is thorough and spends time with you. After the rockledge regional hospital closed they went out of their way to get my records and get me all set up to start coming to them. They offer many different services .
The customer service here at Tepas is TOP KNOTCH! Theresa is such an amazing, kind, caring and efficient person! She’s so sweet and really and truly cares. I feel like I’m in great hands which means everything! So glad I found Tepas and I’m happy to recommend them to others!
For women facing the stress of mammograms and ultrasounds, Tepas is a godsend. Theresa was phenomenal—her warmth and hugs made me feel instantly at ease, like we’d known each other forever. The mammogram tech (whose name I sadly forget) was incredibly kind and attentive to my comfort and history, and Nancy, the ultrasound tech, took her time with my exam and answered all my questions with such patience. Recently had a needle biopsy at this facility. Dr.Emard Imami performed the procedure. A previous bad experience with another facility had me very frightened. Dr. Imami and his staff went above and beyond to make my biopsy a positive experience. Thank you Dr. Imami and staff.
