The pan seared scallops last night were to "die for" - no kidding! Love this place...
Always yummy! Calamari, pasta,tiramisu...it's all delicious. I've tried various items and have always been pleasantly surprised.
My husband and I love Tenuta's. We will drive an hour just for dinner. We always get arrabiata, which isn't on the menu but they dont hesitate to make it by scratch for us. Our usual server is Kellen and hes always great with us. Definitely a good choice for any night of the week!
I love tenuta's. Only complaint is when I've ordered pizza to go and try to sub an ingredient, sometimes I've been mistakenly charged. It's been corrected quickly every time. Other than this, service is always fantastic, even when it's packed. I recommend La Daviola, olive oil base. Best za in the city!
Great food! Nice and cozy place. Good atmosphere. We had dinner here yesterday. We had no reservation and we waited about 10-15 mins. We had the caprese salad, the scallops and the pomodoro penne (with chicken, cherry tomatoes and goat cheese). Everything tasted so good! ��� Looking forward to being back!
Normally love the food but just have to comment on the super rude hostess tonight. We were very polite inquiring about a table and got very rude response and a mean mug. Wow! Even if we could have gotten seated right away, I may have left. Bad first impression for a restaurant!!
Friday august 26th, anticipated pizza from Tenuta's so many 5 star reviews.... but we left disapointed, lacked cheese, sauce and flavor. The crust was thin grocers freezer crust. The waiter appoligized. Said he was sorry for the wait, which is probably why it was dried out.... he said if we would have told him what was wrong he could have fixed it . They seated us by the kitchen and it reeked of fish that was off, and another bar smell. A 60 dollar education. No return visit.
