Terrible customer service. Booked reservations and then when called to adjust they told us too bad we don't have a reservation. Was trying to give this place another try after already not liking the food. Oh wel. Don't expect much.

While we were able to make room for your party at 8pm, we understand that time was not convenient for you (you preferred 6pm). We are a small, local restaurant and can seat only 60 people at capacity. Scrumptious home made pasta delights! Delicious Chicken Parmesan and Calabrese as main entree's with Cesar Salad and delectable Tiramisu. Waitress Stephanie provided outstanding service!!
We had a 7:30 reservation and was not seated until 8:15. We are very patient people but this was beyond a normal time to wait and plus Tenutas does not have a conducive area to wait, very crowded and standing was obtrusive. The food was excellent. Although we feel the waiter may have been overwhelmed that night. We didn't make any special requests. Everyone's food was very good when the items finally came out. I hope this was an off night.
