After my first encounter, I can confidently say Lori went above and beyond. I truly appreciate that and would absolutely recommend her.
Terrible customer service. Truly disappointing. I called to ask a couple of simple questions and the person I spoke with, Jackelyn Morocho, was completely disrespectful. She was condescending, unhelpful, and unwilling to explain anything clearly. Even my coworker, who was near me during the call, was shocked at how rude she was. I felt talked down to instead of supported. Based on this experience I cannot recommend this place.
