Shift self storage provides excellent and friendly service. Easy process. Great location as well!
close to my home and reasonability priced compared to other storage facilities.
Rented storage unit in march and rates have gone up 4 times in five months. I had a credit card on file and tried to set up autopay but couldn’t ever seem to get it accomplished. Every time I ask about rate increase they would always tell me they’d have a manager call me. That never happened either until this week when I told them I was moving out someone finally called but could never explain all the rate increases. Place is not that well maintained but it was close to where I live. I’m gone now.

I have a unit at this location and you do not have access 24/7. They will stop access with no warning or notification of when we will have access. I've had this problem twice in 10 days.
