We love Tenth Street Pediatrics. We've been going to the wonderful Dr. Hardart since our first was born, but over the years we've probably been seen by all the doctors in the practice and they're all kind and amazing, as are the nurses. Front desk is fantastic and lovely. We love that they're open 365 days a year and always return calls after hours within the hour. Honestly, we wish they accepted adults, lol.
Both of my daughters go to 10th Street Pediatrics - and we all absolutely love it! They have been with Doctor Stern since birth and she has provided an enormous amount of support and guidance as they grow and develop. I love the patient portal, which is really convenient to use. The doctors and staff are all wonderful. I highly recommend this practice!
Maybe they were having an off week, but the staff at the front desk were really uncomfortable to interact with and repeatedly sent us the wrong paperwork. They took no responsibility. We transferred to another practice before we were fully registered, but they still charged us their annual fee. I also overheard the staff talking in the hall about how they are treated by management, and they mentioned that they aren’t allowed proper bathroom breaks. Maybe that’s common in the industry, but the place just felt off to me.
I absolutely love this practice. We actually came here when visiting Santa Monica and our kiddo was sick, and decided this would be the place for us when we officially moved here. The Drs are all amazing - patient, compassionate, kind, understanding, and communicative. The office space is warm and comfortable and the staff are all great. The nurses are so sweet with our kids and front desk makes everything easy - from scheduling to school forms.
