RecommendedI have brought my two cats, and a stray cat I rescued, here and love them. They are very gentle and loving with all three cats every time I take them! They go out of their way to make the animals comfortable while getting shots and other unpleasant procedures. Best Vet and Customer Service ever! My dog is almost 14 and very picky and loves Dr. Hayes. He is patient and wonderful with her. They have gone out of their way to help us, and I am very thankful!

I always loved the vets that we saw but working with the staff(front) is not worth it. They are the most unfriendly and unprofessional that I’ve ever experienced. They actually put a receptionist on the phone to argue her point of why she was correct for saying all their “walk in” appointments are booked and my dogs bloody nail hanging off is not any emergency(keep in mind my 4lb dog is in front of her eyes). Thank God for Willow Grove Animal, they had my baby fixed and her meds in no time!
