Faced with the difficult decision of euthanasia, I was unsure of what to expect. Dr. Smith took the time to talk with me and answer all my questions about what to expect during the process. He was empathetic, kind, and considerate of my feelings and emotions. I am blown away with his professional and supportive bedside manner. I am so thankful for his help during this heartbreaking process.
I have taken my animals to a lot of vets over the years, & I have to say the staff at Tenth Street are the most caring individuals. Dr. Smith was always honest with me when it came to cost for my cat Puma’s procedures. When Puma’s fate was no longer good, the whole staff made me feel comforted. There wasn’t a single time they didn’t show interest in Puma’s health when I would check-in. When Puma eventually passed the whole staff signed a card with personal messages and provided a poem. This place is seriously the best vet I've ever been to. The staff is friendly and knowledgable, they treat your pets with genuine care, and ever doctor I have dealt with so far has been honest, open and extremely helpful! Their app is amazing too and makes it so easy to make appointments and keep records of your animals.

Dr. Hayes has taken great care of all my pets well over 20 years now. He cares very much for the animals and respects the person as well and gives all options available. I currently have a 9 year old Min. Dachshund that has had some recent problems. She loves to see Dr. Hayes and always seems to know where I’m taking her. Truly recommend 5 ⭐️
