RecommendedWhile I do not have experience with a family member here, I can speak to the fantastic staff, including Sharon from activities, for hosting our music group virtually. The whole process of scheduling and communication as a whole was very professional and the Veterans Day service we played at virtually was very special and touching-especially the way they honored the residents who served in the military, presenting them with special gifts. Look forward to working with the again.
During the pandemic situation in recent months our family was brought to a difficult decision to place our 98 year old aunt in assisted-living without even seeing her room. The staff at Tennyson was so caring and attentive to our Aunt during her last days of life. We will always be grateful for the care she received in her last few months on this earth. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tennyson Court. After several bad experiences with "five star" rated assisted living facilities, we have finally found someplace that treats my father with the care and respect he deserves. I spoke with Sue about possibly having my father come and live at Tennyson. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about every aspect of living at Tennyson. I could tell she really cared about all the residents. Thank you Sue for all your help.
I think it is a beautiful place and it’s like home and from what I can see from your posts there seems to be a lot of activities for your loved ones.the place is very cleaned and back when I worked there it was also very cleaned.Im sure that there was more remodeling done since I left.
One of the best places I’ve ever worked. My first job in healthcare. The staff was pleasant and working with the residents was a great experience. Always clean and lots to do for them.
Dad has been a resident since December 2016 and Mom was here too. The staff members care about the residents and have always been respectful and helpful. I frequently stop in to check on Dad, staff always reponds to requests and concerns. Most importantly, Dad is happy and well adjusted (as much as he can be with memory loss).
