I loved Dr Kearney. but today we were supposed to be seen and something was wrong with the insurance. The lady at the front was incredibly rude. I'm so upset. No-one called to tell us there was a problem before hand. I took off work to take my baby to the doctor but was never informed that there was a problem. I can't even explain how mad I am to be told there is no way I can be seen even though it's completely obvious that me and my husband are active on the policy of course my baby will be active too. I was given a certificate for 2 hour massage for Mother's Day. I can't find the certificate. It is just a small piece of paper. I went by the fitness center and was told without the paper there is nothing they can do. They have a book with duplicate receipts at the desk. I have the receipt where it was paid on my debit card. They still say they can't do anything. They do not keep records of when you have services there so they couldn't prove I didn't have the massage. Love the environment at this place. The last gym I belonged to spent about 15 mins with me showing me the equipment. When I had my evaluation here Regina spent an hour and a half with me. She is great.
