I went to visit my daughter and could easily overhear two nurses gossiping about her in the hall as I approached. “Can we help you find someone?” They asked. “Yea,” I said, “I’m seeing the person you’re out here talking about.” They then began to share information about her. Came in with chest pains. Er decided to keep me due to family history. Not only did they not follow my med regimen, but thought they knew better them my own doc. Was diagnosed with a few problems with my heart, but got told there was nothing wrong with me by a nurse who said findings were due to age. Never saw cardiac team nothing. I didn't know Nurses were able to give diagnoses. Then there were the multiple times I would ring for something or to let them know my blood sugars were high. Nobody ever came. This place should be shut down and the so called doctors and nurses need to be fired!!! Took 4 hrs the told us we needed to be drove to another hospital by ambulance that it was an emergency and she could die from bleeding inside all false !! We found out that nothing they said was true all they did was scare her and try to get money out of us!! I wouldn’t take my dog here and as soon as as I get the names they will be posted !!!! Do not stop here you could save your life going somewhere else !!!!
The only good thing about this place is Dr. Petersen. Reception is pretty nice, too, depending on who takes care of you. I had knee surgery here. I should've waited for an opening at the surgery center in Tullahoma. The nurse who took care of me the most was incredibly rude and inhospitable. She rushed me while I was in the bathroom (I know I was taking a while, but when you have NOTHING in your bladder, AND you have anxiety using a public bathroom, it's difficult to go; trust me, I wasn't in there looking at edits of Tom Hi... read more
My husband is having shoulder surgery was told to be here at 11 we are still waiting i don't think Noone should have to wait i know he is so hungry needs to be better on surgery times
