I have been to the Bedford Vanderbilt Hospital twice in the past week, the ER doctors Karr and Broderick along with nurses Erin and Makayla took really great care of me. They listened. They were very punctual and great on time as well. They text you to let you know every step of the way, the nurses have very nice bedside manner. I would definitely recommend the ER. My experience on 3/17/26 was the worst experience I have ever had in the emergency department. First of all they do not know my story how much i love and care for my family. My mom got sent to hospital and her caregiver went with her. I live in Alabama making my way there. They poke my mom 5 times with a needle and I told caregiver not to let them do it again. I got surgery here and had an amazing experience. Such a nice room! Great staff.
I was in there from 10 30 am til 10 that night. Had a traumatic fall with a purple bruise on my upper thigh 5×7", they did x rays, multiple CT Scans, bloodwork, that 5x7inch was the size of the blood clot. It was not in my vein or artery, i busted the muscle that runs from ur groin down to ur ankle. They checked me out good. The Dr, young Asian man was so nice n caring, so were all the nurses, they really care, n get to you quick, not in 5 HOURS, like it used to be!
