I had an appointment today with this office for my daughter. Our appointment was scheduled for 4:45 and we were told to be there early to fill out paperwork. I made the appointment the first week of August. I got there early today and no one was there. I spoke with the receptionist a couple of hours before and she confirmed the appointment. So why when I got there and called to figure out what was going on, they said that the doctor she was scheduled to see, he is out on leave until March!!! Dr Ebrhim is who my daughter has seen twice. Both times he ignored the fact that her ferritin level was well below normal. She has 3 kids and has suffered severely for over a year. She has struggled with every day life. I happened to look at her labs and saw her ferritin was a 7 and it was a 5 last year when he said nothing was wrong with her. She had to call them to question it - only then did she get a referral to a hemotologist. Over a year of suffering because of his negligence. Also, I did call the number below after th... read more
