Kind, understanding and has the patients best interests. Love everyone in the office because of their compassion for their patients and helping get you treated as needed. Clean office and always on time not long wait times it they take the time to listen
I was Sean here yesterday and they were so nice and they gave me some instructions that I needed but I do need to take to the doctor about it because I have questions for him, but overall this place I would recommend for anyone !!!!
Dr. Dreskin was both kind and knowledgeable during my consultation. My ratings are based on the staff only. Each clerical person I encountered specifically Ann and Shelly were unprofessional and honestly rude. After reading the reviews it seems common place that the staff is rude and apparently this has not changed. I have been Dr Dreskin and the staff's patient for several years following a hard traffic accident. My experience has been with the utmost professionalism, with the highest standard of care and focus on my recovery from injuries through various pain procedures. The Hixson and Shallowford offices have promptly scheduled each visit and prescription. I can speak the same for their surgery center in Hixson.
