TVFCU has been a very disappointing interaction throughout the years with using their services during COVID I can only deposit half of my money because they were not honoring their ETFs with your daily five they were only giving three when I asked they said it was undisclosed practices of which I asked for in writing they gave it to me now it's the fraud department and Google got a hold of my account .
Andy at TVFCU was incredibly diligent and helpful in solving a major issue I had with an early auto loan pay off. This involved collaborating with two other institutions who had made errors with my money that inaccurately sent for pay off. Although this was not Andy’s fault, nor TVFCU’s, they still worked to get it solved for me! Thank you!
