Without a doubt TVB fine-tuned my bike better than the first bike shop I took it to earlier this year. Very friendly yet laid back, honest and reasonable. Oh...and they lead rides every week for any and all to join. TVB is now MY bike shop of choice. Thanks guys for all that you do.
I have purchased several replacement parts from them. They are always very friendly and willing to help you figure out what you need. Great customer service and affordable. 10/10 would recommend.
We got to try out different bikes. They took time to talk about the different types and what would be the best fit. Ended with us purchasing bikes. Can't wait for them to get ready for pick up. Love the new place! You need to pay them a visit!

Great shop. Rented a transition patrol and ride the Knoxville urban wilderness while on travel. Amazing trails, and I got to experience them thanks to tvb.
Just travelling through, from Johnson City, Tennessee, on our way to the Natchez Trace, and down to the Southern Tier. We dropped in for advice on the best way to get there, as Mr Google was leading us all over ten country side. The guys told us about road conditions.and few useful tips for making our trip more enjoyable. We are now down in Tupelo, Mississippi.
