Horrible tire selection customer service was non existing
Worst experience I’ve ever had! The woman that worked there was super unprofessional! They put the wrong size tires on and refused to fix it! Worst place in Knoxville you could ever go!!! These people also have two lawsuits on them and it’s gonna be three!
Wouldn't recommend this place they will rip you off. They don't stand behind their tires. Don't stand behind their business. Bunch of junkies running it.
Don’t try coming to this Location on Baxter ave. Cecil have the best employees but this one everyone will ignore you, i came in to do brakes on my car but apparently i was a ghost to them never again now I recommend a near one called Quality tire and Batteries the best they get right away unlike Tennessee tire the worst waste of time
They sold me a tire with a plug in it and it doesn't hold air at all. Only took 3hrs for my tire to be flat again.
