Had a appointment a 9 this morning . It was 10:15 before a nurse pract. seen me. another 45 minutes went by .Put a brace on my knee still don't know whats wrong with my knee . They want me to come back in 2 weeks . Forget them I want be back !!! I'll go see someone else that cares about their patience . Think twice before going there .
They scheduled a surgery for my husband and the authorization ran out on 2-17 surgery scheduled 3-10 ... They never called my husband called them Weds before surgery for they needed this updated, called triwest got it fixed in 20 mins... They still screwed up... No surgery... My husband is a veteran.... This is no way to be to a veteran .... Now we start the whole process over again with a new doctor!!!! BTW he needs this shoulder surgery because he was fighting for your lazy a** to be allowed to do as you see fit... Thanks ... read more
