Dr. Charles Kaelin, is the very best. there aren't words to Express how great full we are to him and his team of amazing Nurse, PA, antithesis, office staff. I hope I haven't left any one out. They are such a blessing.

Dr. Kaelin is the best! As an added bonus, he is good Christian man and he truly cares about his patients. His staff is professional and caring. I'm so glad I stumbled on to this clinic on a day when I could no longer take the pain. God lead me there 💖
The office staff in this location is very RUDE and condescending. They refused to give service even though an insurance card was produced and is easily verifiable by calling our MAJOR insurance company. We requested the manager and still got no help because she wasn’t ‘available’. We ended up leaving because of the blatant unprofessional behavior. What a waste of time!! Who would want to even be seen at a place where such rude behavior is tolerated? The staff also seemed to laugh and joke as we walked out the door to leave.
Doctors good support staff are the worst
Called to get information for my son's upcoming surgery. Put on hold...or so they thought. Heard everything as the staff spoke about me. Said I was a liar?! And that I could kiss their a#$, among other things. Kept me on hold for awhile as they discussed me. Informed them about what I had overheard. Said they had a lot going on. Needless to say we are moving on to a doctor's staff that has a bit more professionalism.
Amazing staff who take the time to explain everything and make you feel important and cared for as if you were the only patient they had!
