***Update*** Now having to hire a different crew to fix everything that is broken. The owner will not return any of my calls/texts. I wish I could say good things about this company but communication is next to nothing. Dealt with the owner mostly and it was impossible to get him to answer anything upfront. Don’t expect to have your warranty honored either. Found out last week that the subcontractor that did our complete exterior remodel has not been paid and the job has been completed for about 4 months now
The sales job was great and we didn't look any further. We wanted a fairly simple job of a room addition. Open up one wall, save the window, build 3 walls, add electric put the window on 1 new wall. Gave them 40% down. Any guesses as to how long? We didn't even get ground broke after 4 months. The building permit process was a mess.. the contractor had an email from the county for 3 weeks (not checking email). We went to the county to find out the hold up. So they said they had approved 3 weeks ago and were waiting for payme... read more
Last year we contracted with Tennessee Roofing and Renovations for a full bathroom remodel. After waiting 6+months to get started, the work took almost 4 months to "complete". The workers left our home a mess both during and after the renovation. We have been trying to work with them for months to correct issues with the workmanship. Our shower leaks all over the floor, the tile in the door way is cracking and lifting up. The paint needs a second coat and the calking is cracked and pulling apart.
