Dr. Moffat is a wonderful physician and has cared for my condition with injections for almost two years. He is caring, concerning and has the best manners of a human soul. I have had a wonderful experience of my care.

Dr Moffat is wonderful. The staff are always friendly and kind and take great pride in there work.
Very disappointed with today visit . My dad which is 75 yrs of age that lost his wife my mother six months ago . Which was married 57 yrs . My dad is very shy person my mother spoke for him at his dr visits no matter where they where primary dr or a specialist . My dad suffers with congested heart failure triple bypass pancreatitis gout complete hearing loss in left ear and half in other ear .he has ruptured disc in his l3 l4 and l5 and s1 which when standing his legs go numb .
