I hired this company to serve subpoenas on a Physician and Officer. While the Officer was served, the server had difficulty locating the Physician. Instead of pursuing alternate strategies, he called our office and voiced frustration that the hospital wasn’t being helpful. We provided suggestions and reminded him that locating hard-to-serve individuals is part of the job. He became defensive, saying he “didn’t appreciate my attitude,” which I found unprofessional.
