Never waited less than 45 minutes once taken back for the Dr. At one visit it was an hour and a half. Staff was nice but time management is a definite concern.
Dr. Terry is my ortho guy! He is excellent in his work. He is so compassionate and caring. He's skills are second to none. Lebanon is fortunate to have a surgeon with the skill of Dr. Terry.
Dr.Martha George was amazing and know her performance as a Professional Doctor. The staff is absolutely adorable and also very professional. The service is Outstanding .I would recommend to anyone that has a orthopaedic problem! I'm so Blessed to say that I had my surgery on January 3rd and Dr.Terry and and staff did an AWSOME Job on my foot. The recovery is a long process, but I can truly say that God is Good. The doctors and staff went above and beyond to make our visit as pleasant as possible. They were quick to answer all my questions and they were very friendly to me and my family. I would recommend it highly
I truly can not IMAGINE my life without meeting Dr. Roy Terry ....... I can't even express my emotion and gratitude I have for this man, his staff and the care I have received ..... I am a high paced 18 hour a day working class vehicle wrap guy that has suffered for decades.... with my knee... They are ok. It has taken over 6 weeks for them to schedule an MRI. Everytime we called, all we would get was a receptionist that would transfer our call to their voice mail. We would leave a message, then they would never return your call. It took 7 phone calls to finally speak to someone in the department we needed. Then they said they haven't scheduled it yet. No order was ever made. Then finally after numerous calls they scheduled the MRI. Like I said the staff is ok but their organization is a little disfunctional.
