I arrived at 10:30 PM to get my tire repaired. The sign on the door said “Open,” but no one was there and the doors were locked. I tried calling and messaging several times, but no one answered the phone or responded to my messages. I wasted my time coming here for nothing. Very disappointing and unprofessional service.
They showed up and got me back on the road super quick. Super friendly guys and really good prices.
The wrong ply tire was put on my RV, causing a dangerous situation. The tire only lasted about two weeks. I spent over $500 for tire and installation. I have since learned that many reputable Brick + Mortar tire companies have mobile service and you will receive a receipt and warranty sent to your email. The owner was defensive and threatened to sue me when I called to see if he would make it right. This conversation was recorded as well as a full explanation of what had happened from the tire store manager.
The one positive thing I can say about this experience is that they were able to replace my blown-out tire on a Sunday night, which allowed me to make it home safely. However, the overall experience was extremely disappointing, especially considering the price. The replacement tire was nearly three times what I would normally expect to pay, and with the service fee, the total came to just under $475. These guys are AMAZING. The service was excellent, fast, and incredibly budget‑friendly. They were polite, professional, and knew exactly how to get the job done quickly and correctly. I won’t be calling anyone else from now on. Thank you, guys—truly outstanding work!
