Our air conditioning stopped during the night night-before-last, and yesterday morning I called THS around 7:30 a.m., and was told by the lady on the phone that she had a technician that would be out between 8-8:30. Josh Yates was the technician who came out. By 9 a.m. our air was back on and in perfect working order. I was amazed at the fast service and the modest, reasonable cost of the repair plus a new thermostat (at my request) And, this was service without a repair contract.
