Our air conditioning stopped during the night night-before-last, and yesterday morning I called THS around 7:30 a.m., and was told by the lady on the phone that she had a technician that would be out between 8-8:30. Josh Yates was the technician who came out. By 9 a.m. our air was back on and in perfect working order. I don’t know who answer the phone for me , but the girl hang up on me 5 times after I said who I am ,not sure do it on purpose or not don’t blame it on ur phone ,u can hear what I am said ,if u don’t wanna do my business can just say that we will not call u

Issac and Christina did a great job of installing my RV 30 amp plug. I was sitting inside waiting for them to turn off the power. Next thing I knew, the plug was installed! I love great customer service! If you want it done right the first time, call this company!
