I spent 4 months going back and forth with this dealer only to be attempted to be sold a home that’s price grew every time I asked for a quote. I was clear from day one the price point I was looking for and when the real quotes came in only 1 was below my line and it had unacceptable option. Wish I could shop local, I cannot and will be going elsewhere and save
The worst thing I ever done was buy from TN happy homes. They get you're money and then they are done with you. They don't stand behind their promises . Not trustworthy
