We visited Happy Homes. Our salesman was Michael. We weren’t there to buy but to look to find out where our payment would be when we retire. Michael was very knowledgeable, very straightforward and had a wonderful personality!!! When the time comes we will definitely be shopping at Happy Homes and Michael will be our sales representative. I had a great experience and beautiful homes the staff are very informative .
They do not stand behind their word. Bought a home through them. They half set it up and gave us a small check and said do the rest yourselves. Now I still have three rooms with no electricity. Did not have enough under pinning. I've had to fix the trim because it kept falling off inside. just too much more to mention.
