Tennessee Dock Masters just completed our new dock, and we’re simply delighted. From the initial visit to our dock site, to the demo of our old dock, through to construction including our new lift, electrical installation and roofing, our experience was outstanding. The teams that performed each phase of the construction were wonderful, and Jacob, our program manager, kept us apprised of progress and how the team would address any issues that arose. We’d hire them again in a heartbeat. Well done!!
We wanted the best dock so we hired the best people to build it. It turned out exactly how I envisioned. Any mistakes along the way were immediately remedied without question. If you have any issues after the build, they will still come back. I couldn't be happier with the process from beginning to end.
They did a re-decking and added a few new posts for our 25 year old dock in Spring City. They were always on time, communicated well and very diligent in getting the job done. When doing walkthroughs, they were never defensive when I pointed some things out and they were always willing to do the things asked. They designed and installed a dual jet ski lift in an open bay in our dock house. We are thrilled with the result. Cameron and Daniel are easy to work with and turned our vision into an elegant solution. The installation team was efficient and treated our boathouse with great care. They obviously get along well together and were happy to answer any questions we had throughout the installation process. Our jet skis are vey happy in their new home.
I called dock masters after an operator misadventure led to a bound lift cable. Gabe Bowen came within a few hours to my house and with a tremendous effort helped me unbind the lift cable and restore normal operation after a belt replacement. It didn’t take him very long but I could not have done it. Gabe was super courteous and went way beyond the call of duty. They should be at the top of everyone’s list for boat dock construction or maintenance. Doug Barron
