They designed and installed a dual jet ski lift in an open bay in our dock house. We are thrilled with the result. Cameron and Daniel are easy to work with and turned our vision into an elegant solution. The installation team was efficient and treated our boathouse with great care. They obviously get along well together and were happy to answer any questions we had throughout the installation process. Our jet skis are vey happy in their new home.
They did a re-decking and added a few new posts for our 25 year old dock in Spring City. They were always on time, communicated well and very diligent in getting the job done. When doing walkthroughs, they were never defensive when I pointed some things out and they were always willing to do the things asked. They even identified things that they thought wasn’t up to their standards and readily changed them. Tennessee Dock Masters did work for me at my mother's house on the river. They built 2 decks and the decking on our dock (Large deck and dock). Gabe came out to the house gave me a quote for everything and a date they could start. The project was completed on time and budget. Ryan and Brad worked through all weather conditions and were great dealing with my elderly mother. She loved those guys. TN Dockmasters were a superb team with a caring, family feel. We built with them while living over 600 miles away and trusted them (they earned that through the design and specifications phase) the entire way. Very happy with their drive for quality and durability but also attention to detail! On budget, on time.
TN Dockmasters did a very nice job installing a used jet ski lift for me. They drove 1 new piling and then delivered and installed the lift. There was good communication for the project. Would recommend them.
