They designed and installed a dual jet ski lift in an open bay in our dock house. We are thrilled with the result. Cameron and Daniel are easy to work with and turned our vision into an elegant solution. The installation team was efficient and treated our boathouse with great care. They obviously get along well together and were happy to answer any questions we had throughout the installation process. Our jet skis are vey happy in their new home.
TN Dockmasters were a superb team with a caring, family feel. We built with them while living over 600 miles away and trusted them (they earned that through the design and specifications phase) the entire way. Very happy with their drive for quality and durability but also attention to detail! On budget, on time.
I am a retired detail oriented engineer. I watched Tn Dock Masters build a new dock across from mine in Ten Mile. They did a great job working long days with efficiency and quality. So, I set up a contract for them to re-cabel and lubricate my boat lifts. Brad and Christian came and did the same efficient and quality on my lift, but get this, they were also very courteous and professional. They are busy folks, so be patient. It was worth the wait for my neighbor and me.
The whole group at Dockmasters worked very well with me on our lift purchase and installation and follow-up. They communicated well and Brad’s crew for installation was very professional and did an awesome job. Greatly appreciated, folks! Joe Melaro
