BEST IMAX We've been to the Imax in Birmingham and the Chattanooga Aquarium IMAX is much Better. It is 3D and well worth the time and money. We saw the Deep Sea and then went back for the Safari 3D. Nothinglike watching your kids wearing those glasses and trying to reach out and catch a Jellyfish. haha I highly recommend this place. PROS: 3D effects amazing, looks like the jellyfish and sharks are at your nose CONS: nothing

Fun to visit! The Tennessee Aquarium has one of the best designs that I've seen. It's very easy to navigate with strollers and large groups. It's located in a great spot on the Tennessee River and is convenient to downtown shops. The memberships are a great deal!

Love It! I went here on a business trip and was quite pleased. It is a very interesting set up in a spiral motion. The aquarium was just newly rennovated when I was there and I have to tell you it was very nice.

Tall, Classy, and full of awe Living in North Georgia, I frequently go up to Chattanooga, Tennessee just to visit the Tennessee Aquarium. I have yet to get tired of the exhibits there. I was especially pleased, though not with the CROWDS, at the first day of the "Venom" exhibit. This was a classic example of how the Aquarium can just really make a great trip.

Classic Fun, Close to Home The Tennessee Aquarium is a great place for the entire family. Children can see 'Nemo' and play in the outside fountains. Parents can stroll along the outside of the building in the cute little stream. There is something for everyone.
