From the embassy of Madagascar in 2374 Massachusetts ave, N/W,20008.We wait your pick up since 2 months and 2 weeks now, no people is coming until now for the pick up therefore your company tenleytrash sent us again an invoice. I always called you and some Mrs Raven and Rachel told me to send someone but every day no people was coming. We want know why. Sorry to mention the name .
The owner came by and stole my trash can today claiming it was his even though he couldnt prove it. He dumped the entire trash can on the sidewalk and stole the can. We don't even use this companies services and never will. Watch out for these guys they will steel your can and leave trash all over the place.
This trash company has ruined my parking area with their trash trucks and have done nothing to repair it. Not once but twice.
Can not be depended on Tenley Town Trash billed us for services that we did not receive and would not bring us our bin after several weeks of assuring us that we would receive it "today." And, during one of our numerous attempts to remedy the situation, the representative hung up the phone on us. If timeliness and responsive service is what you are looking for do NOT use Tenley Trash.
